By accessing, registering, or participating in the CamVoria platform, the User agrees to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If the User does not agree to these Terms, access to the platform must be discontinued immediately.
CamVoria operates as a performance-based intermediary connecting approved publishers (“Affiliates”) and verified brands or studios (“Advertisers”) within the adult webcam vertical.
Separate Affiliate Terms and Advertiser Terms may apply. In the event of conflict, those specific agreements shall prevail.
CamVoria maintains structured monitoring systems to protect advertiser ROI and long-term PPL conversion stability.
CamVoria provides tracking infrastructure, smartlink routing, and reporting dashboards to facilitate performance attribution.
While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, CamVoria shall not be liable for discrepancies caused by third-party systems, browser restrictions, technical failures, or external platform limitations.
Compensation models (CPA, CPL, CPS, Revenue Share, Hybrid) are defined in campaign-level agreements.
CamVoria reserves the right to withhold payments during fraud or compliance review.
CamVoria enforces strict anti-fraud policies, anomaly detection, financial verification controls, and structured validation caps to protect ecosystem stability.
Any attempt to manipulate tracking, conceal traffic origin, exploit advertiser budgets, or artificially inflate conversions will result in immediate enforcement action.
All proprietary systems, technology, branding, and platform materials remain the exclusive property of CamVoria or its licensors.
Unauthorized use, duplication, distribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited.
Use of the CamVoria platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie framework.
The platform utilizes cookies, tracking technologies, and server-side attribution systems to ensure performance measurement, fraud prevention, and campaign optimization.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CamVoria shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from platform use.
Aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid to or received from the User during the applicable billing period.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless CamVoria from claims, damages, losses, regulatory penalties, or legal actions arising from violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
CamVoria may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, non-compliance, reputational risk, advertiser complaints, or breach of agreement.
CamVoria shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including technical outages, regulatory changes, infrastructure disruptions, or force majeure events.
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international commercial standards.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated version.
