1. Introduction

CamVoria ("we", "us", "our") operates a performance-based affiliate network focused on webcams and related adult verticals. By creating an account or using our tracking platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

All users must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate and complete contact and payment details.
• Comply with all applicable local laws related to adult content and marketing.
• Accept that CamVoria may review or suspend accounts at any time.

3. Prohibited Traffic & Content

The following are strictly forbidden and may result in immediate suspension and voided earnings:

• VPN, proxy, datacenter IP or masked GEO traffic.
• Bot, automated, scripted or emulator traffic.
• Fake, incentivized, mislead, or non-human signups.
• Spam email/SMS, forced clicks, adware, malware or hijacking.
• Underage, illegal, abusive or non-consensual content.
• Using cloaking for the purpose of hiding non-compliant flows.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates must honestly describe their traffic sources, keep their account details up to date, and use only approved methods. CamVoria may request traffic proof (screenshots, analytics, ad accounts) at any time.

5. Payout Policy – NET-3 / NET-7 / NET-15

CamVoria pays on NET-3 (fastest in the webcams industry). When you reach the minimum payment amount and your traffic passes review, your balance is scheduled and paid in the next 3 days.

You may also be moved to NET-7 or NET-15 depending on performance, risk and agreement with the billing team.

Minimum payouts:

• PayPal / Paxum: $50
• Bank Wire: $500
• Crypto: $50

Payments may be held for compliance review. Confirmed fraud or fake traffic = voided earnings and possible account suspension.

6. Suspension & Termination

CamVoria may suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, if we detect suspicious activity, fraud patterns, abuse of offers, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, pending balances may be frozen or cancelled.

7. Advertiser Conditions

Advertisers must ensure that landing pages, flows and creatives comply with all laws and platform policies. CamVoria may pause any campaign that harms user experience, misleads users, or causes excessive chargebacks or complaints.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for tracking interruptions, offer pauses, third‑party downtime, or changes on advertiser side that affect performance. Your sole remedy is to stop using the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

CamVoria may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the network after an update means you accept the new version.
